This 5-day accredited course provides participants with a thorough and complete theory & practice in the Agile Project Management framework. It combines a Foundation-level introduction to the framework, and an in-depth Practitioner-level examination of how a project manager applies the framework.

Participants will sit 2 examinations (Foundation & Practitioner) and on passing they will receive both Agile Projectmanagement certificates.

Objectifs

Agile Project Management is one of the fastest growing qualifications in the project management world. If you want to learn how to improve your skills to tackle project management more quickly and effectively, then this combined course fills you in on everything you need to know.

Avantages

  • You are fully Agile PM certified in only 5 days
  • The course has been designed to run over 5 days (rather then the more typical 4 days). The more relaxed pace provides significant advantages for attendees:
    • More time to discuss and explore the ideas and techniques behind the framework
    • The Practitioner exam can be taken in the morning of the last day - leading to improved pass results compared to exams taken during afternoons (which would be the case if we have only 4 days)
  • There are no pre-requisites for attending this training. Some experience of working on projects is desirable.
  • There is no pre-course work for this training.
  • There is no homework although it is expected that delegates repeat the material covered during a training day so that relevant questions can be asked at the beginning of the next day to ensure maximum benefits of each training day.
  • Kluwer Training is recognized by the Project Management Institute as Registered Education Provider. One day of training equals 7 PDU's. Participants will earn 35 PDU's.
